Service Areas
The Dinner Box currently accepts orders exclusively for delivery within Delhi and Gurgaon only.
Delivery services are not available in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Faridabad, or New Gurgaon regions.

Delivery Schedule
The Dinner Box operates six days a week, Tuesday through Sunday, for lunch and dinner service.

Order Acceptance & Operational Confirmation
Submission of an order through The Dinner Box website or concierge does not constitute automatic acceptance or confirmation.

All orders are subject to manual review, operational feasibility, product availability, delivery schedules, and final confirmation by The Dinner Box concierge team.

As the website may accept orders on blackout dates, closed days, or dates where capacity has been reached, The Dinner Box reserves the right to decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, regardless of website order placement.

Customers will be contacted regarding confirmation, alternate options, takeaway arrangements, rescheduling, or refunds where applicable.

Delivery Charges & Payment Terms
All delivery orders must include applicable delivery charges at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once full payment, including delivery fees and applicable taxes, has been successfully received.

Delivery Timings
Deliveries will be attempted within the selected delivery slot on the specified date.
While every effort will be made to honour the chosen schedule, precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Address Policy
Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at the time of order placement.

Deliveries cannot be redirected or reassigned to any alternate address after order confirmation.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
The Dinner Box will attempt delivery once only.

In the event of failed delivery due to reasons including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Untraceable location
• Recipient unavailable
• Locked premises
• Incorrect phone number
• Phone switched off or unreachable
• Recipient refusal
• Delivery accepted at gate, reception, or neighbour

The order shall be deemed fulfilled, and no refund or redelivery shall be provided.

Undelivered orders will be returned to The Dinner Box kitchen, and customers may contact concierge services to arrange pickup, subject to food safety guidelines.

Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of floods, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond operational control, The Dinner Box reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel deliveries.

Takeaway Option
Takeaway services are available, subject to operational confirmation.

Consumption Advisory
The Dinner Box strongly recommends immediate consumption of all delivered food items to ensure optimal freshness, taste, and safety.

Order Cancellation Policy
As all meals are freshly prepared upon order confirmation, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled by the customer.

No refunds shall be issued for customer-initiated cancellations.

Refund Policy
Refunds shall only apply under the following circumstances:

• Failed payment transactions where funds were deducted but the order was not successfully placed
• Unavailable menu items where no acceptable replacement is chosen by the customer
• Order cancellations initiated solely by The Dinner Box

Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 15 business days.

Returns, Complaints & Exchanges
As all products are perishable, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
