The Dinner Box currently accepts orders for delivery solely in Delhi and the National Capital Region.

The Dinner Box delivers throughout the week from Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. The orders can be placed through the dedicated concierge by phone at +91 956 028 8633 or through the website.

The Dinner Box advises the immediate consumption of ordered items.

In the event of the non-availability of the ordered item, The Dinner Box will call the customer to seek alternative options that may be delivered. In case the customer does not wish to choose any of the alternative options, The Dinner Box will issue a refund for the full amount through the original mode of payment. However, The Dinner Box is not liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc., caused due to the non-availability of the ordered item.

The Dinner Box retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon (Haryana) only.

The Dinner Box has taken every care and exercised due diligence in providing the latest and accurate information on its website. However, The Dinner Box or its employees, or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided on the website.

The Dinner Box may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

The Dinner Box has reserved the right to raise or lower prices without prior notice subject to market conditions.

The customer promises that the information provided at the time of placing the orders on the website is correct and accurate.

All the products shown on our website may vary slightly in appearance.

Colours of products may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.

The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by use of the Customer’s account/ credit card(s) as and when they are incurred.

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold The Dinner Box and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities and expenses including attorney’s fees related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them.

Delivery Information

The Dinner Box currently accepts orders for delivery solely in Delhi and the National Capital Region.

Deliveries of the ordered items are made as per the chosen time slot and on the date specified while placing the order. However, there is no precise timing that can be provided for the ordered items.

The delivery will NOT be redirected or redelivered to any address other than the one specified by the Customer while placing the order.

The Dinner Box will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In the event of execution failure of such delivery, the customer shall continue to be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be possible. Failed deliveries will be redirected to The Dinner Box kitchen. The customer is advised to call +91 956 028 8633 to arrange pickup of the undelivered order.

All orders will be deemed to be executed in the cases mentioned herein under:

  • Incorrect/untraceable address
  • Recipient not available
  • Locked premises
  • Wrong phone number; phone not working; cell switched off or not reachable
  • Recipient refused the products
  • Delivered the product at the gate/reception/neighbour

In the event of floods, heavy rains, or other extreme weather conditions, The Dinner Box reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

The Dinner Box prepares fresh products sent out for delivery, upon the receipt of an order. In such circumstances, cancellation of orders is not feasible. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the Customer. In case of cancellation of the order, no refund will be made. 

REFUND POLICY FOR FAILED TRANSACTIONS

In case your amount was deducted from your account, but the transaction was not successful, then the amount will be refunded at the earliest. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you feel that the taste and other attributes of the ordered items are not as per your expectations, we request you to write to concierge@thedinnerbox.in clearly explaining the reason. This helps us in improving our quality to give a better culinary experience next time. However, The Dinner Box retains the right to accept or deny the complaint based on what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the ordered item.

Exchanges are not acceptable as items sold on our website are perishable.
